Welcome to our lovingly furnished, ground-level bungalow—barrier-free and comfortable, all on one floor. The nature reserve in the salt marshes of Cäciliengroden is just about 600 meters away. The house, approx. 100 m², accommodates up to 4 guests and features 4 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest WC. Enjoy the beautiful garden with terrace, seating area, sun umbrella, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing or cozy evenings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and there’s a parking space on the property. This is a non-smoking home. Bedrooms: Double room with double bed (180 x 200 cm, two single mattresses 90 x 200 cm each) and children’s room with single bed (90 x 200 cm), both with wardrobes and blinds. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. Dining table with chairs and diner bench. Living room: Sofa set with comfortable armchair and flat-screen TV (German satellite channels). Bathroom: Barrier-free walk-in shower, bathtub, washbasin with mirror, WC. Towels are provided. Household: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and cleaning supplies are at your disposal. There are many leisure activities nearby: cycling along the dyke towards Wilhelmshaven or Dangast spa resort is just minutes away. Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops can be reached by car in about 5 minutes in Sande or about 15 minutes in Wilhelmshaven. The lawn is mowed once a week by the host.
